Full contemporary renovation, with traditional touches
The client wanted a contemporary kitchen with traditional features, such as a range cooker (EVERHOT).
The open plan kitchen and living space featured a large island to act as a relaxed place to eat or socialise.
Bifold windows and doors were added to the rear extension to maximum natural light. Perfect to enjoy the warmer summer months and welcome the gentle sea breeze into your home.
The existing staircase was revamped, adding oak treads and handrails, with glass balustrade. Fully-integrated LED spotlights created low level lighting.
A bespoke storage area and bench seat provide the perfect place for the family to store and put on shoes and outside clothing.
The bathroom is simple, light and sleek, with a wall hung ’his and hers’ basin unit.
Hardwood contemporary door, with frosted glass either side to maximise natural light.
A softwood porch and new windows were added to the front elevation of the property. Iroko hardwood was used for the decking and lead roofing gave a traditional feel.
